Can I take 2 week old puppies outside?

Alrighty, just a quick question for you guys :) .... umm could I take my 2 week old puppies outside with her momma?? Its just soo nice... 30 degrees! And yes there eyes are open now, but they are still wobbling around a bit. Oh, and I have my puppies getting there de-worming at 3 weeks, is there anything else I should get with that? Or is that the only one I need?
