Hand Sanitizer is it a problem or a solution to our body.?

Alright i've been thinking since the last past week does hand sanitizer actually help because if it kills 99.99 germs then how does our immunity system become stronger if were ignoring the problem and not advancing to those problems by getting attacked by those germs then doesn't it make us defenseless and mess us up because where not a higher level then those germs?
