How to i deb consolidate on 2 cards maxxed out?

I am wondering if there is any good reliable places where i can consolidate my debt on 2 cards that are maxxed out and haven't had a decent amount paid off on them in like 3-4 months...one is like 2k and the other is 1k....what can i do??
