Help with proofreading a short paragraph please?
Youth is a period of learning. Since the first humans on Earth, to the present youth of the 21st century, the concept of youth has remained the same in simple terms. In "This Side of Paradise", Fitzgerald accomplishes to explain this universal process of maturing by providing examples of common temptations and obstacles experienced by today's youth. When youngsters grow, they mature. Similarly, Amory is compelled to mature when he is left without money and Rosalind, the love of his life, rejects him. Ultimately, Amory demonstrates a certain level of maturity when he declares at the end of the novel, "I know myself, but that is all" (This Side of Paradise 308). In the journey towards maturity, adolescents must learn form their errors, as Amory does in "This Side of Paradise".
