I need to fix an NFL jersey...help ?

I have a fairly new NFL jersey and one of the logos is coming off. The team logo on the upper right chest is coming off. Its only about 3 inches squired in diameter. Its not all the way off but its almost half way off. What kind of an adhesive would anyone suggest to stick it back on? Has anyone had this problem before?
