Should I seriously go with Bradshaw over Jaamall Charles?

My number 2 RB for this week is alredy decided (Forte) but I can either go with Jaamall Charles or Ahmad Bradshaw. They both have timeshares but Jaamall is the better player but his timeshare is even. Bradshaw isnt better than Charles but he is winning the timeshare Vs Jacobs. Which should I go with for week 3?
