Think i could be pregnant?

I kept forgetting to take my pill last month,3times....And got a slight period each time but kept taking the pill again, then friday two weeks ago we had a "accident" About 4-5 Days after i feel sick and not myself at all, This will not be good if i am i mean dont get me wrong i cant wait to have kids but im getting married in 5 months......Do you tink theirs a slight chance that i am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
