What is the name of this candy?

Back in the early 2000's, there was this one candy that I LOVED, but for the life of me I cant remember at all what it's called. It's a gummy type candy, and it was basically this plastic boy, with a baseball cap on. When you took the cap off, there were holes on his head, and when you twisted his feet, the candy would come up, kind of like that PlayDough hair salon thing. It sounds weird but they were seriously really good tasting. The last time I remember having them, I lived in California. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
